Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from DCA Finds. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.

Return Requests

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email info@dcafinds.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you would like to return
The reason for the return

Please do not return or ship any product without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Eligibility and Approval

All return requests are reviewed to confirm eligibility under this policy.

For a standard return to be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DCA Finds reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the item does not meet the requirements of this policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an address other than the return address provided by DCA Finds may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any other carrier charges associated with returning the item to DCA Finds.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are also non-refundable unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged or defective, DCA Finds sending an incorrect item, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned merchandise and are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service. DCA Finds is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact info@dcafinds.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or defect so we can review the issue.

If we determine that an item arrived damaged or defective or that an incorrect item was sent, DCA Finds will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as applicable.

Customers will not be required to pay return shipping for an item that DCA Finds confirms was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once they have been opened, used, worn, or had their protective packaging or seals removed.

Items specifically marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page are not eligible for return except in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved after inspection, the eligible purchase price and applicable taxes for the returned item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return resulted from an item arriving damaged or defective, an incorrect item being sent, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

After DCA Finds issues a refund, additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit card company, or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Refused or Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior authorization, returned after the applicable return period, or sent to an address other than the return address provided by DCA Finds may not be eligible for a refund.
