Important Customer Information

This is a manual dough press, not an electric tortilla maker or cooking appliance. It flattens dough only. Tortillas and other foods must be cooked separately on a skillet, griddle, comal, or other appropriate cooking surface.

Final thickness and shape can vary depending on the type of dough, moisture level, amount of dough used, and pressure applied. Some doughs, particularly wheat/flour-based doughs, may naturally contract or spring back after pressing and may require additional rolling or resting.

Because this product is made from cast iron, do not leave it wet or soak it in water for extended periods. Dry thoroughly after cleaning and apply a light coating of food-safe oil when needed to help protect the surface. Appearance and seasoning may vary slightly between units.

Note: Parchment paper is recommended between the dough and press plates to reduce sticking and make cleanup easier.
